Our commitment

Top Rudder Aircraft wants every pilot, builder, and customer to be able to use toprudderaircraft.com. We aim for WCAG 2.1 Level AA on our public pages, including the shop, product details, contact, account login, and the Ruckus configurator. Accessibility is part of how we design and update the site, not a one-time pass.

Measures we take

• Text, buttons, and labels are checked for WCAG 2.1 AA contrast. Brand-orange buttons use black text. Small orange text on light backgrounds uses a darker orange.
• Links in body text are underlined, and links and buttons show a visible focus style when reached from the keyboard.
• Pages use headings in order, starting with one main heading, so the structure can be followed with a screen reader.
• Images that convey information include alternative text. Decorative images are marked so assistive technology can skip them.
• Forms for contact, newsletter signup, and account creation use visible labels, and errors are written out in text.
• Primary navigation, the shop, product pages, and contact can be used with a keyboard.
• We review key page templates with automated WCAG 2.1 AA checks and follow up on issues those checks report.

Known limitations

• The Ruckus configurator includes a 3D model of the aircraft. The same choices are available as labeled controls beside the model. The model is a visual aid and is not a text alternative for every surface detail.
• Kit deposits and shop checkout finish on a hosted payment page. That page is outside this website, and we do not control its markup.
• Some catalog photos repeat the product name already shown as text. Those images are treated as decorative.
• We are still reviewing older promotional graphics and third-party embedded content. If a barrier remains, we want to hear about it.
